Why hello if you are reading this it is most likely
because you are new. Here are the rules
1.No cursing why? because this way it will attract more people
2.You do not have to begin sentances with capitals and end them with periods , question marks ect. but do not speak something like
1 R 1337 HAXOR or ILIEKPIEBECAUSEITSTASTY enless it is in a fanfic or in "s
also do not use capitals like this I lIkE PiE cUz It Is TaStY
3. NO SPAM now this is hard as many of our members spam Neutral
i mean spam like

also if someone has started a group and you want to join do not keep asking if the person who is leader of the group pms me who keeps spamming then the person who is spamming will be banned also if it is a reason they cant join like
" NO YOU CANT JOIN BECAUSE YOUR FAT" or " YOU CANT JOIN CUZ IM kewl" the person who got spammed WILL BE BANNEd the person who spams will only be banned for 1 day. the other person will be banned for life

Egg: eggs are only allowded to post in news and rules and ranks as soon as they are no longer eggs they will be joined into the group called " non eggs"
people who are not eggs : they can join ANY GROUP
